Pickup: Is available for no additional charge.

TURNAROUND TIME

Turnaround time depends on the collar you chose. If I have the pattern on hand, the collar will be shipped out within 2-5 days. If the materials need to be ordered (due to high demand of a certain collar), it may take up to 2 weeks to receive your collar.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the fact that each collar is made to order, we do not accept any refunds. However, there are exceptions to receiving a store credit on a case by case basis.

WHAT IF MY COLLAR DOESN'T FIT MY DOG?

Please carefully check the dog sizing page to ensure that you order a collar that fits your dog perfectly.

HOW CAN I MEASURE MY DOG?

Measure around their neck in inches to get an idea of the sizing that will work best for them. If they are already using a collar, measure the length of that collar to get an idea.
